There are 1,400 minutes in a day. You will spend about 400 of those minutes sleeping, another 450 minutes will be spent at school. On average you will spend another 180 minutes on social media, about 70 minutes eating and roughly 30 minutes showering, getting dressed, and brushing your teeth. That leaves you with around 270 minutes to do everything else you need to get done. Crazy, right?
